Pictures from Nashoba’s Thanksgiving Day win over North Middlesex have been posted in the gallery.

My photo of the red Ted Williams seat at Fenway Park finally broke me into the “Explore” section of Flickr. As of today, it is the 472nd most interesting photograph that was uploaded on August 26, 2008, to Flickr. Not bad considering the ridiculous number that are uploaded everyday. Who knows how long it will stay up there. As I type this, I’m feeling pretty good, since my photo is currently only slightly less interesting than a picture of two chameleons fighting, and slightly more interesting than photo of a mushroom apron skirt. You just can’t make this stuff up!

At the request of someone who happened across my Flickr account, I’ve posted some of the pictures from one of the Flyers vs. Bruins games that I went to in Boston last season. Here’s the link to the gallery.

Last week, I covered the Nashoba Chieftains for the Stow Independent. The varsity team took on the Gardner Wildcats, and the Chieftains ended up taking their first loss of the season. The game was moved to Thursday night due to the torrential downpours forecast for Friday, so this photographer was really grateful not to have to stand out in the rain again. Photos are up in the gallery. As with last time, there are many more available, so if you’re looking for specific players on either team, drop me a note.

I’ve started covering Friday Night Lights for the Stow Independent. Two Friday’s ago I got to cover the varsity football home opener for the Nashoba Chieftains in Bolton, MA. The Chieftains beat the Westboro Raiders, 23-0 on a rainy night. Two of my photos made it into the paper, and they weren’t too shabby for my first night out.
